Jill has been in the fitness industry for over 18 years, teaching aerobics, step, stretch, fitball and conditioning classes. She became a member of fitness professionals in 1993, after gaining her YMCA ETM certificate, and has continually attended workshops and courses to consistently give the best instruction to her clients. Jill now specialises in teaching Pilates after training with Pilates Training Solutions. She holds a level 3 qualification in Matwork Pilates and is registered as a level 3 trainer on the Register of Exercise Professionals.
